PESHAWAR, July 7: Descri-bing the assassination of Afghanistan’s vice-president Haji Abdul Qadir as “systematic killing”, President Pakistan International Human Rights Organization (PIHRO), Habib Malik Orakzai, has observed that no leader of the Northern Alliance has been killed so brutally.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he strongly condemned the murder of the Pukhtoon Afghan leader, saying it was pre-planned.

Earlier, a top Pukhtoon leader, Commander Abdul Haq, was also killed, while no Northern Alliance leader had so far met such a tragic end, he said.

He rejected those parts of the constitutional package which were designed to establish a presidential form of government.

He, however, supported women’s representation, four-year term for the assemblies and the Senate, intra-party elections and the system of proportional representation.

The president PIHRO condemned the graduation condition for Fata.
