PPP names candidates from Lakki

LAKKI MARWAT, June 24: Pakistan People’s Party has announced the name of candidates for the forthcoming general elections for district Lakki Marwat.

Speaking at a press conference here on Monday, the district president Asmatullah Khan advocate said Mohammad Aslam Khan Shehbaz Khel (member provincial council PPP) and Noor Zaman Khan (district general secretary) as covering candidate for NA-27; Asmatullah Khan (district president) and Niamatullah Khan (the party’s Serai Naurang city president) as covering candidate for PF-74 (Lakki One); Abdul Hamid Khan Shahab Khel and Maulana Noor Ali Shah as covering candidate for PF-75 (Lakki Two) and Shakil Ahmad Khan (vice president Bannu Division) and Sher Ali Khan (party’s senior vice president Lakki Marwat) as covering candidate for PF-76 (Lakki Three) would contest elections on the party tickets.

He said the party tickets would be allotted purely on merit.
