KARACHI, June 16: The traffic police is studying a feasibility report to introduce “smart” cards for the purpose of driving licence.
According to the traffic police sources, with the introduction of these cards it will be possible to record various traffic violations on one’s driving licence, which if introduced will be an effective check on over-speeding, etc.
