KARACHI, June 13: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) on Thursday said that distribution work of telephone directories was near its completion in Southern Telecommunication Region-II and III.

The linemen of respective telephone exchanges are distributing the directory sets to the customers of PTCL free of cost at their doorstep.

A PTCL spokesman has said that each set of directory consisted of three volumes with total 3002 pages, while directory is also available in CD (Compact Disk) for the convenience of the customer who needed it.

The printing work of 680,000 directories was awarded to two printers. About 510,000 directories had been distributed among the customers so far, he added.—PPI
