WANA, June 5: Two people were killed while one received serious injuries when they opened fire on each other while travelling in a pick-up vehicle near Ashkar Kot village in the Makeen area, South Waziristan Agency, on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Khojal Khan Mahsud and Saifullah Wazir. The name of the injured could not be known.
According to witnesses, the deceased were going to the Shawal area from Makeen. When the vehicle reached the Ashkar Kot village, the three started firing at each other. Two of them died on the spot, while the third received critical injuries. He was shifted to a hospital.
