HYDERABAD: 10 outlaws held

HYDERABAD, March 5: The Hyderabad region police arrested ten outlaws on Sunday from different areas and recovered weapons, heroin and money from their possession.

The Gulshan-i-Hali police arrested Rahim Makrani following an encounter in Makrani Para. He was found in possession of one pistol and 100 grams of heroin. The brother of Makrani, Nasir, fled from the scene.

The SHO told that Makrani was absconding in four cases of his police station whereas ten other cases were pending against him in a court of law which had cancelled his bail in all such cases. He informed that three fresh cases had been lodged against him following Sunday’s encounter.

The Khahi police arrested five gamblers and recovered money and cards from their possession.

The Tando Adam police nabbed Salam Abro and recovered one pistol and six rounds.

The Shahpur Chakkar police arrested Phul Machi and Dost Ali.
