HUNZA, Oct 15: At least two persons were killed by an avalanche in Shimshal.

A survivor, Hasil Shah, said two porters, Ghulam Ali Shah and Izat Mohammad, were buried under the avalanche while passing the Chapchirgol pass.—Correspondent
