Indian FM grieved

ISLAMABAD, Feb 12: Indian External Affairs Minister Kanwar Natwar Singh telephoned Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri on Saturday to convey his condolence over the death and destruction caused by recent floods in Pakistan.

According to a press release issued here, Mr Singh requested Mr Kasuri to convey his sympathies to the members of the family of the victims on his behalf and on behalf of the government and people of India.

The foreign minister thanked his Indian counterpart for his gesture.
