KARACHI, Feb 10: A man killed his wife with the help of his relatives in North Karachi Thursday. Police said that Wali Khan slaughtered his wife Taj Bibi, 30, in the Mohammad Shah graveyard in the limits of Sir Syed police station.

Wali was assisted in the crime by his relatives Faqir Mohammad and his wife Chand Bibi, police said. Police said that their house was located right next to the graveyard. Taking advantage of the location they killed the woman in the graveyard.

Police arrested Faqir Mohammad and his wife, however, Wali Khan fled from the spot following the incident. Police quoting the couple said that the Wali Khan accused Taj Bibi of having extra-marital relations. The suspect hailed from the Kohistan and had married Taj Bibi a year back.

SUICIDE: A young man committed suicide in Korangi on Thurday. Police said Mohammad Ali, 18, hanged himself from the ceiling fan in his house located in sector 35-B. The young victim had a job in a private company.
