LAHORE, Feb 9: Some main leaders of the PPP and the PML-N in Mandi Bahauddin and Faisalabad joined the ruling PML after meeting with Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi here on Wednesday.
They included PPP Mandi Bahauddin president and former MPA Zafarullah Tarar, former MPA Chaudhry Munawwar Hussain Tarar, Jokolian Union Council Nazim Irshadullah Tarar, and Faisalabad's PML-N leader and former opposition leader of Faisalabad Municipal Corporation Rana Zahid Mehmood and some party workers.
They joined the PML while reposing their confidence in the leadership of its president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and the chief minister.
