One gunned down

SHIKARPUR, Oct 29: A villager, Amanullah Mehar of village Nimoro was shot dead due to an old enmity in the court premises of first additional sessions judge here on Monday. He was in the court for a hearing. He was sitting in the court when his rivals opened fire at him.

The policemen on duty caught one of the accused, Ghulam Nabi alias Gulloo Mehar on the spot, while two others identified as Budho Mehar and Ghulam Mustafa Mehar fled. New Foujdari police have registered a case on the complaint of Rafique Ahmed Mehar, the brother of the deceased.
