QUETTA, Aug 28: The vice-chancellor of the Balochistan University of Information Technology and Management Sciences, Dr Mohammad Abbas Chaudhry has said that the varsity has expanded its campuses to three within two years.

Speaking at a press conference held at the press club on Friday, he said that the university would play a major role in training the youths of the province for mega uplift projects in Balochistan.

Giving details about the university, he said that the city campus would house administration and management sciences, Takatoo campus would deal with engineering, applied sciences, computer and emerging sciences and Chiltan campus to house the division of biotechnology and information technology.

The vice-chancellor said that admission to all the three campuses would be granted purely on merit and would not be confined only to Balochistan.
