KARACHI, June 19: Sindh Health Secretary Ashiq Hussain Memon transferred 29 doctors, including 21 women medical officers of School Health Services Karachi, to district Tharparkar (Mithi).

The doctors, who are transferred, include Zulfiqar Khwaja, Nasir Siddiqui, Mohammad Hanif Memon, Fasih Ilahi, Mumtaz A. Soomro, Fahim Akhtar, Qadir Bukhsh, Ghafran Azim, Bushra Bari, Naeema Begum, Jamila Ashraf, Munira Sultan, Naheed Turk, Robina Awan, Rukhsana Sami, Sabahat Khanum, Mehar Anjum, Sadiqa Abdul Razzaq, Muneeza Sheikh, Nuzhat Kabir, Feroza Akhund, Ghulam Zohra Chand, Naushaba Perveen, Farah Naz, Zeenat Asif, Sabahat Yasmin, Shahida Bano, Pushpa Ashok and Robina Zaidi.

Most of these doctors have domiciles of Tharparker district.

Earlier, about 30 doctors of School Health Services Karachi were transferred to meet shortage of medical staff in the area. -PPI
