PESHAWAR, June 1: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) has replaced the outdated 33kv-power-supply system in Nathiagali with a modern 11kv system to solve the problems of low-voltage and frequent power suspensions in the area.
The installation of the new system was ordered by Pesco Chief Executive Brig Khalid Khan after he received public complaints of low-voltage and frequent loadsheddings in Nathiagali and its adjacent areas.
According to a spokesman for Pesco, the project cost Rs10 million.
