ISLAMABAD, March 19: People?s Party Parliamentarians (PPP) MNA Nahid Khan has criticized the government for the Balochistan situation and said a 1971-like situation was being created in the country. In a statement, she said the situation in Balochistan could become more dangerous with the passage of time and there was a constant threat to the federation due to the faulty policies of the military government.

Allowing the present set-up to remain in power till 207 could bring unprecedented repercussion for the country, she warned. She said the country was in the grip of a severe crisis, which was a result of the rigged 2002 elections in which the true political leadership of the country was not allowed to come to power.?Our Reporter
