Seven die as bus falls from bridge

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 19: At least seven people were killed and 26 others injured when a passenger bus fell from a bridge on the Indus Highway on Friday. The Peshawar-bound bus coming from Karachi, fell down from the Buzdar Bridge on the Indus Highway due to over speeding, killing seven people on the spot.

The injured were admitted to Toonsa Hospital and Nishter Hospital, Multan. Of the 26 injured some are stated to be in critical condition. The local administration along with police rushed to site of occurrence and carried out the rescue operation. -APP
