NEW DELHI, Oct 11: The foreign ministers of India, Russia and China are scheduled to meet on Oct 21, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview published on Monday.

The three ministers were to meet on the sidelines of the meeting on Cooperation and Confidence-Building in Asia to be held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the Hindu newspaper reported.

"It's about our common belief that multilateral approaches are the best solution to global problems and regional conflicts," Lavrov was quoted as saying. "It's certainly our belief that our three countries can do a lot together to keep and promote stability in the Asia-Pacific region, Eurasia in general and in the United Nations." - dpa
