QUETTA, Aug 9: City's air link remained cut off with the rest of the country for the second day on Monday as no flight could land at the Quetta airport since the valley has been in grip of dusty winds for over 24 hours.

All Quetta-bound PIA flights from Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore were cancelled because of poor visibility in the valley.

Passengers travelling to other cities faced great difficulties due to the cancellation of all fights. The dusty winds started blowing on Saturday evening and continued till Monday.

The Met office forecast that the weather would continue in next 24 hours.
