Tibb directorate demanded

QUETTA, May 20: The Balochistan Tibbi Conference has demanded of the provincial government to set up a Tibbi directorate in the province and an annual special grant should be given to the Tibbiya College in the budget.

The president of the Balochistan Tibbi Conference Hakim Abdul Karim Panizai stated this while speaking at a news conference here on Monday. Hakim Mohammed Zubair Hamid, former vice-president of the NCT and principal Balochistan Tibbiya College were also present on the occasion.

Mr Panizai demanded that a research institute and a separate department should be established in Balochistan University for exploring Blaochistan’s herbal resources. He demanded that Balochistan’s Hakims representation should be increased in the Pakistan Tibbi Conference from two to four members.
