PESHAWAR: Official promoted

PESHAWAR, Feb 1: The district coordination officer of the Upper Dir has been promoted from the grade BPS-18 to BPS-19, a notification issued by the establishment division said.

It said the DCO, Munir Azam, was allowed to continue on his post. "The competent authority, in consultation with the Provincial Selection Board has promoted Ismatullah Khan, (PCS ED) to BPS-18 on regular basis without prejudice to the right of ... seniors, with immediate effect.

"The Officer on promotion will remain on probation for the period of one year," the notification said.-APP
