Pakistani Haj pilgrim killed in accident

ISLAMABAD, Jan 7: One Pakistani pilgrim died and six others were injured in a road accident near Makkah on Wednesday, official sources said.

According to details available with the religious affairs ministry here, a bus carrying pilgrims from Madinah was coming to Makkah when it turned turtle around 15 kilometres away. Investigations are underway to know the cause of the accident. Identities of the dead and injured were not immediately available.-APP
