2 Sikh students kidnapped

LANDI KOTAL, May 16: Two Sikh school students were kidnapped from Kalanga village in Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency on Thursday.

Sathpal Singh (12) and Sarbath Singh (14) were coming back home from their school in a tonga when unidentified gunmen kidnapped them near Sheikhano Pul.

Both the kidnapped students are brothers and studying at the Al-Safina Public School in Pishtakhara.

Their father Santook Singh lodged a report with the Bara political administration.

The Sikh community in the Bara town closed their shops to protest against the kidnapping and demanded the early recovery of the two brothers.
