QUETTA, May 12: Pakistan Muslim League (Q-A women wing) of Balochistan will contest on all women seats allocated in the National and Provincial Assemblies for the province.
This was stated by Mrs Rehana Prince Yahya Baloch, provincial president of the wing at a press conference here Saturday.
She said Balochistan’s women wanted to play an effective role in the development of the country who were even denied of their rights in the past.
She said it was the first time that the women were being given their due share.
She said previously none of the governments allocated seats for women.
She said with the allocation of 33 per cent seats in the local bodies institutions women were feeling secure and now they could fight for their rights.
