KARACHI, Oct 29: The State Bank of Pakistan has established 17 customer facilitation centres at its head offices in Karachi while 16 field offices of the SBP Banking Services Corporation are entertaining public queries and complaints since Oct 27.

These centres have been established with a view to facilitate and provide timely assistance and clarification to customers of banks and DFIs and also to help address public queries and complaints in an effective manner.

These centres are in addition to the existing electronic helpdesk of the SBP (http://www.sbp.org.pk/ cpd/complaints.asp) where public complaints are already being dealt with.

Depositors, borrowers and other stakeholders have been advised by the SBP to contact the following customer facilitation centres on all working days from 9am to 8pm for any assistance, guidance, clarification and redressal of their grievances.
