Robbers kill two sisters

THATTA, May 7: Two sisters were killed by some unidentified robbers in Sonara Gali here on Tuesday morning.

The robbers broke into the house of Seth Weromal and slaughtered Durpati, 30, and Hiramory, 35, who were alone in the house. The robbers also took away ornaments, amounting to Rs350,000, the women were wearing.

The bazaar remained closed to mourn the deaths.

The police have registered an FIR.

DEMO: Hundreds of students of the Government Primary School, Haji Mohammad Rahim Otho village, Ghorabari taluka, staged a demonstration against the encroachment of school building by a wadera and his men.

The students said that the wadera was using the building as his Autaq.
