KARACHI: National Foods on Monday declared 500 per cent bonus shares after posting a profit after tax of Rs156.548 million during the year ended on June 30, 2008.

According to results despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange, the food company earned a gross profit of Rs233.947 million during the year under review. Its earning per share (EPS) stood at Rs28.33.

Attock Cement posted a profit after tax of Rs435.025

million during the fiscal year ended on June 30, 2008, and declared 15 per cent cash dividend.

According to results despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here on Monday, the company earned a gross profit of Rs674.967 million during the year with earning per share (EPS) stood at Rs6.03.—APP
