PESHAWAR, May 7: In disregard for the daylight saving programme, the science and technology ministry has fixed its own office hours and employees of Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research here attend their offices from 9am to 4pm.
After the implementation of daylight saving, the PCSIR fixed the office hours from 8am but the practice was abandoned for unknown reasons after three weeks.
