KARACHI: BA (external) results

KARACHI, Aug 1: The University of Karachi on Friday announced the results of BA (external) annual examination-2007.

Ms Marium, daughter of Ali Anwar Soomro, with 764 out of the total 1,000 marks secured the first position. Masood-ur-Rahman, son of Mehboob-ur-Rahman with 739 marks, and Mohammad Sadiq, son of Mohammad Shafiq, with 728 marks clinched second and third positions, respectively.

A total of 9,102 candidates appeared in the examination and 407 of them passed it in first, 2,882 in second and 976 in third division.—Staff Reporter
