KARACHI, June 30: Administrative judge of the Anti-Terrorism Courts, Karachi, Justice Khawaja Naveed Ahmed on Monday extended the physical remand of two suspects in a kidnapping for ransom case till July 3.
The suspects, Rashid Baloch alias Ustad and Saleem alias TT, were arrested in Shah Latif Town after a shootout with police. They are accused of kidnapping a man, Ghulam Abbas, from Liaquatabad area on June 20 and receiving a ransom of Rs1.5 million for his release. —Staff Reporter
