KARACHI, June 20: A division bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) comprising Justice Dr Rana M. Shamim and Justice Ghulam Dastagir A. Shahani on Friday allowed a former revenue officer posted in Thatta to travel abroad for medical treatment.
Abdul Baqi Mahar, nominated by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as accused in an alleged misappropriation case, has already been admitted to bail by an SHC bench.
On Friday, the bench allowed Dr Mahar to visit the United Kingdom for medical treatment. —APP
