KARACHI, April 28: Two ships carrying containers and palm oil were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday.

Meanwhile, two more ships with containers and furnace oil also arrived at the outer anchorage.

Eight ships, CMA CGM Aegean, Germany, Leopard-B, Nova Noor, Giovanna Luliano, Endeavor-I, N.S Commander and Kaghan, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, wheat, palm oil, crude oil and iron ore.

A cargo volume of 91,442 tons comprising 65,882 tons of import and 25,560 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Rio Gracia, CMA CGM Aegean and Germany sailed out while N.S Commander was expected to depart.
