KARACHI, March 26: Telenor Pakistan in collaboration with AeroMobile has commercially launched in-flight mobile service which allows its post-paid customers to use their GSM services while in flight on Emirates Airline aircraft equipped with the AeroMobile system, says a press release.

KARACHI, April 2007: The first ever ‘Middle East Pakistan Agriculture and Dairy Investment Forum’ is being held in Dubai on April 29 2008 at Madinat Jumeirah Hotel.

The Investment Forum is being organized by MAP Services Group, duly supported by Al Rabi Saudi Arabia, Tetra Pak, Nestle, DeLaval , Millac Foods and Shakargunj Ltd, says a press release.

NEW YORK, March 26: Thomson Corp. shareholders overwhelmingly approved a takeover of British media group Reuters, clearing the way for completion of the deal on April 17, a statement issued by the Canadian firm said.

The statement issued from Thomson’s operations headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut came moments after shareholders of Reuters voted in favour of the deal.—AFP
