HYDERABAD, Jan 12: The Sindh secretary for agriculture, Sabhago Khan Jatoi, has said that there was no shortage of wheat as surplus wheat was available in Sindh.
He, however, said that some profiteers had hoarded wheat which had created an artificial shortage of flour in the province. He said the federal and provincial governments had issued instructions to take strict action against the hoarders and profiteers.
He was speaking as chief guest at a tractors distribution ceremony here on Saturday.
