Sale of shares

KARACHI, Dec 31: The Karachi Stock Exchange has extended the subscription period to offers for sale of ordinary shares of the Arif Habib Bank Limited in response to a request made by the offerer.

According to a press release issued by the Arif Habib Securities Limited, the investors may now subscribe to the offer for sale of ordinary shares on Jan 2 through the following bankers to the offer: Arif Habib Bank, Bank Al Falah, Bank Al Habib, Faysal Bank, Habib Bank Ltd, First Dawood Investment Bank, MCB Bank and the Bank of Punjab.
