Bullet-riddled bodies found

PESHAWAR, Dec 12: Two bodies were found in the Charkhi pul area of the Daudzai police station on Wednesday.

The deceased identified as Arif alias Malang, son of Nawab, a resident of Jatti Bala, and Akhtar, son of Alamsher, a resident of Regi. The bodies were reportedly bullet-riddled.

A police official told Dawn that Arif and Akhtar were wanted by police in various cases.

He said that the last case they had committed was snatching of Rs1,500 and a cellphone set from a local person.

The bodies, after fulfilment of legal requirements, were handed over to their heirs.
