KARACHI, Nov 20: Four ships carrying containers, crude oil and to load cement are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Sealo to load cement, Sinar Bintan, Harmony and Gulf Bridge to unload and load containers, Arcadia to offload DAP fertiliser and Gulf Tiger, an oil tanker, were berthed.

Four ships, Carr Given, Ninos, Jitra Bhum and Ceni Antarico departed on Tuesday, while Harmony, C. Galaxy, Yang Hai, Jaipur, Sinar Bintan, Surmene-4, Process, Gulf Tiger and Grand Ruby are due to sail out on Wednesday.

A total tonnage of 0.113m tons comprising 28,477 tons of export cargo including 4,230 tons of cement and 83,948 tons of import tonnage was handled on Tuesday.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Hanin to load cement, Hyundai Advance and Cape Negro with containers and Force Ranger with coal.
