LARKANA, Nov 7: Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim said on Wednesday that ‘our men would be part of the caretaker setup’ and his party would form the next government.
Addressing a gathering in Ali Abad village, 10 kilometres from here, Dr Arbab said that the ruling PML (Q) would sweep the elections. The government had advised Benazir Bhutto against coming back but she did not take it seriously and caused deaths of over a hundred people of Sindh, he said.
He claimed that corruption had been uprooted from the Chief Minister House. “We have not purchased any Surrey Palace from the government money,” he said.
Dr Arbab said his party had started its election campaign and would step it up after the announcement of election schedule.
He criticised Benazir Bhutto for not launching development works in Larkana despite being prime minister twice.
Earlier, he laid foundation stone for Muhammed Ayoub Khuhro College of Engineering and Technology near Arija on the Airport Road.
