LAHORE, Nov 7: President Gen Pervez Musharraf invited only 20 judges of the Lahore High Court to take oath under the Provincial Constitutional Order and out of them two opted out, said a Lahore High Court spokesman on Wednesday.
He said the rest of the 11 judges not invited for oath had no right to claim that they refused oath. Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman and Justice Sair Ali have refused to take oath under the PCO.
