BANNU, Oct 29: Three foreigners and two local people were arrested here on Monday. District Police Officer Dar Ali Khattak told Dawn that two of the foreigners were from Azerbaijan and the third from Turkey. He said that a case had been registered against them under the Foreigner’s Act.
The two locals, who were accompanying them, have also been detained. The foreigners were identified as Al-Owais Abbas and Mir Ahmad, from Azerbaijan, and Mohammad Ismail, from Turkey.
