UK delegation due tomorrow

LAHORE, Oct 20: A delegation of Global Peace and Unity Event, UK, will visit Pakistan from Oct 22 to 25 to work out a durable strategy for world peace.

The delegation during their visit here will sign a number of memorandums of understanding to explore avenues of mutual co-operation and assistance regarding world peace, education and institutional development as part of their effort to promote global peace.

The visiting team, led by UK’s Islam TV channel MD Salahuddin Ali, will comprise of Dr Matin Sharif and Ms Huma Awan.—APP
