HYDERABAD, Oct 20: The vice-chancellor of the Sindh University here on Saturday has constituted a 19-member organising committee to look into arrangements of second Shaikh Ayaz International Conference on Languages and Literature scheduled to be held in March next year.

The first meeting of the organising committee, headed by vice-chancellor university of Sindh Mazharul Haq Siddiqui, will be held on Oct 24.

The vice-chancellor appointed Dr Mohammad Qasim Bughio, dean faculty of arts as chairman of the organising committee which comprises heads of different institutes and departments of the faculty of arts as well as other faculties and heads of various administrative sections.

Other members of the committee include Dr Noor Afroze Khowaja, Dr Syed Javed Iqbal, Dr M.A Bhatti, Dr Hafiz A.G Shaikh, Dr Imdad Ali Brohi, Dr Imdad Ismaili, Professor Agha Riaz Hassan, M. Saleh Rajar, Faiz M. Hingoro, Dr Rafiq Ahmed Memon, Professor Salma Leghari, Abdul Majeed Panhwar, Ahmed Ali Abbasi, M. Mashooq Siddiqui, Allah Bachayo Memon. Sheeraz Ilyas, research associate of the department of Psychology will work as joint-secretary of the organising committee.

ADMIT CARDS: The dean Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration University of Sindh has notified for information of all candidates who have applied for admission to MBA evening programme to collect their admit cards from the university’s Institute of Business Administration (IBA) during the office hours.

He further announced that under the rescheduled programme, the pre-entry test for admissions to MBA evening programme will be held on Oct 27.

The pre-entry test will be conducted at IBA at 3pm.

Candidates appearing in test have been advised to bring their admit cards at pre-entry test.

Meanwhile, director admissions of Sindh university has announced for the information of all candidates who have applied for admissions to various disciplines under Masters Degree courses in morning for the new session to collect their admit cards from Sindh University Model School Hyderabad between 9am to 5pm on any working day.

He further announced that under the rescheduled programme pre-entry test for admissions to Masters Degree programme (Morning) will be held on Nov 4.
