LAHORE, March 21: Two matches were decided in the Invitational Inter-club cricket tournament Thursday.

Model Town Gymkhana defeated Baghbanpura Greeners by 59 runs at the Model Town Greens ground while Model Town Club beat Universal Club by two wickets at their ground.

MODEL TOWN GYMKHANA: 319-6 in 45 overs (M.Ali Sawal 117, Kashif Mehmood 35, Balal 39 not out, Haroon Rasheed 31; Aasim 2/59, Imran 2/35).

BAGHBANPURA GREENERS: 260-9 in 45 overs (Dastgir Butt 73, Jawad 51, Kamran 28; Adnan 3/44, Zaheer Maqsood 3/50, Balal Butt 2/27).

UNIVERSAL CLUB: 217-8 in 45 overs (Oan Ashraf 36, Kashif Butt 21, Mahboob Ahmed 65, Nadeem Butt 24; Islam Mir 2/20, Adnan Naeem 2/33, Aasim 2/45).
