Trade fair in Mauritius

KARACHI, March 19: Free Port Operation of Mauritius and Pakistan High Commission are jointly organizing a single country exhibition — Pakistan Trade Fair 2002 — at Port Louis, Mauritius, from May 29 to June 4.

This was stated by chairman, fairs and exhibition sub-committee, Site Association of Industry, M. Yaqub Karim, at a press conference on Tuesday at the Site Association office.

He said the Export Promotion Bureau had given 50 per cent subsidy on rental charges for arranging space in the exhibition.

“So far 35 stalls has been booked by 29 companies and we intend to set up at least 60 stalls,” he added.
