FAISALABAD, Sept 11: Two murder convicts were hanged in the District Jail on Tuesday. Saleem was convicted for murdering Ghulam Dastgir during a robbery in Gulberg police jurisdiction. His wife, Mumtaz Bibi, was also sentenced to life imprisonment in the same case, and she is still serving her sentence.

Sultan was condemned for killing a shopkeeper, Siddiq, in Ghulam Mohammadabad police precincts. Later, bodies were handed over to their families. — Correspondent
