KARACHI: CAP extends date till 30th

Published August 24, 2007

KARACHI, Aug 23: The Centralised Admission Policy (CAP) Committee on Thursday extended the date for submission of forms for admission to city colleges by five days.

The new deadline for the submission of forms is Aug 30; however, the CAP officials said that no extension would be announced any further.

Originally, the CAP had set Aug 21 as the deadline, which was then extended to Aug 25 due to rains and delay by a few schools in the issuance of SSC marks sheets to their students.

The chairman of CAP committee, Dr Rafique Ahmed, told Dawn that despite a delay of ten days, the entire exercise would be completed by mid of September.
