PWD clinch thriller

KARACHI, March 12: Pak PWD scored a thrilling victory by a solitary wicket in the one-day championship’s Pool ‘B’ fixture against Gujranwala at Jinnah Stadium Tuesday.

Chasing 260, PWD were three short of the target when the ninth wicket fell. But last man Nadeem Iqbal ensured victory in the company of veteran wicket-keeper Mutahir Shah.
