KARACHI, Aug 12: Two-goal Atif propelled Karachi B into PFF Youth Cup final after a 3-0 victory over Faisalabad D at Korangi Baloch Stadium on Sunday.

After remaining goalless in the first half, the local outfit broke the ice with an Atif goal which came through a 57th-minute penalty kick.

Karachi B went 2-0 up when Farhan found the target in the 63rd minute, while Atif pounced once again for his double in the 73rd minute.

In the first semi-final, Faisalabad C edged past Northern Areas 1-0 thanks to an Adnan Butt strike in the 23rd minute.

Karachi B meet Faisalabad C in the final on Tuesday, while Northern Areas face Faisalabad D in the third place playoff on Monday.

The four top teams of the tournament have also qualified for 19th national Under-18 championship which begins from Aug 28 in Lahore.
