KARACHI: BE exam results

KARACHI, March 9: The NED University has announced results of BE final year Mechanical Engineering annual examination 1997-98, and supplementary examination results of various other batches.

According to a notification, 174 candidates were declared pass in the 1997-98 batch examinations, while results of six candidates were withheld.

Mohammad Rizwan Mansha, Rizwan Hussain, and Mohammad Usman Khan, secured first, second and third positions respectively.

GCT EXAMINATIONS: The NED university has announced the schedule of various examinations of Government College of Technology, SITE.

The theory examinations of B. Tech (Pass ) IInd year first semester (Civil Technology) 1999-2000 batch will commence on April 23, while practical will be held from May 2.

The B.Tech (Pass) second year first semester (Mechanical Technology) 1999-2000 batch theory examinations will commence on May 2, while practical would start from April 22.

The B.Tech (Pass) second year first semester (Electrical Technology) 1999-2000 batch theory examination will start on May 9. Practical examinations will start on April 22.

The university has announced to conduct B.Tech (Hons) second year second semester (Civil Technology) 1999-2000 batch theory examination from April 1, and practical from April 8. The B.Tech (Hons) second year second semester (Mechanical Technology) theory examinations will start from April 8, while practical are scheduled from April 5.

The B. Tech (Hons) second year second semester (Electrical Technology) 1999-2000 batch theory and practical examinations will start from April 15 and April 1 respectively.

Last date for submission of examination forms has been fixed as April 1, while B.Tech (Hons) examinations forms could be submitted latest by March 15.
