Three killed

SWABI, June 20: Three people were killed in three incidents here on Wednesday. Abdullah was killed after his motorcycle collided with a passenger coach near the Baja bus stop. Dawood Khan, who was accompanying him, was injured and taken to the DHQ Hospital in Peshawar. Both of them were on their way to Swabi.

According to police, the body of an unidentified man was recovered from the Pehur High Level Canal. Local elders decided to bury him immediately. Meanwhile, a tractor driver drowned in the same Canal. The driver, Walimullah belonged to the Totali area and was on his way from Buner district to Swabi.

People tried to rescue the man but they could not succeed.

His body was later recovered from the canal and handed over to his relatives.
