KARACHI, June 13: The Accountability Court No 1 on Wednesday reserved its judgment till June 20 in a case against Aftab Ahmed, a former project director for foreign aid of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board.

The grade 20 official is facing charges of making huge money and living in luxury beyond his legal means.

The same court put off the hearing for framing charges in a Yellow Cab Scheme case against Pi r Deedar Sarhindi till June 20.

The accused, a senior vice-president of Habib Bank, is facing charges of receiving kickbacks, embezzlement of Rs62.354 million and misuse of his official powers in releasing hundreds of vehicles under the Yellow Cab Scheme.
